I had a dream about a black snake attacking me... my boyfriend was with me???

Question

I was at ginnie springs with my boyfriend and my parents... I have been there with him before. We were there and i reached my hand toward the water where there were snake eggs and a black water snake attacked my hands and i could not get it off. My boyfriend of two years was just standing there. Finally i got it off me and we went to tell my parents and we all got into the car and headed for the hospital. I started feeling drunk then my mom asked me "are you drunk?" i did not answer cause it was such a stupid question. They asked if my feet were numb and i said yes and when i sat down they hurt. During this time my boyfriend was just sitting there... but i did not notice. My mom asked if i was sure i needed to go to the hospital then i realized i was dreaming and soon woke up. The dream seemed so real. just before i had this dream me and my bf were in a fight and i was going to break up with him but was not sure. what does it mean???
