I had a dream about death!?

Question

last night i had a dream that my grandfather died, i would see veryone around e crying but i didnt, i could see him in the coffin, but i didnt cry.

After that dream i also dreamed my mother died. I sat at the very back during the funeral becaus ei didnt want to see her in the coffin. I also wasnt crying.

I love them both...but why did i dream this?

Dreams are just dreams. They can be very disturbing or unsettling, but they still are not real. You think about things and experience things during the day, at night your subconscious does house cleaning. Don't let the images of your subconscious control you.

The reason that you didn't cry is because everyone around you was taking up that emotion. It's kind of hard to explain.

Think about crying in real life, your eyes become watery and you can barely see straight at times. In dreams your emotions can sometimes take the form of people or objects that way you can focus more on the dream itself.

The reason you saw your grandfather's coffin and not your mothers is because you depend on your mother more than your grandfather.

Some say death in a dream means that you're going to have something great happen the next day (new car... blah blah). I don't put a time limit on such things.

The reason you may have experienced both deaths in a dream is because they're from the same side of the family (I'm guessing).

Thats no big deal ya...i killed my mom once in my dream..even though i really love her..it just happens sometimes...just stop thinking about it...after all it was just a dream! ;)

omg, i just dreamed that my mom died also. i was so scary and felt so real and i was crying. so, i got up and called her on the fone [i'm on vacation].

but, i just found out that it means the people that died in  the dream lives longer. or it can mean it's your fear for them to die.
