I had a dream for the first time last night... what could it mean?

hi,

i never dream, i use to when i was young but i grew out of it and i havent had a dream in years. im 17 now and last nite i had a dream that felt so real, it was me and my best friend, we spend everyday together but we havent seen each other in about 3 days.

it was me and her walking around a grocery store with people all around us. but it seemed like no one noticed we were there, then i stoped on a isle, and she came up behind me and started noseing my cheek, it was so real, like i can still feel it. then i turned and looked at her and she went in to kiss me and as soon as her lips touched mine i pulled away about an inch. then i woke up?

then today i texted her to see what she was doing and she replied with "i need to tell you something" so she has something important to tell me tonite and im kind of nervous because ive heard dreams can link with real life, and she happens to do this the one nite i have a dream. and shes in it.

what could this mean?

sounds to me like you have a hidden attraction for your friend...what are you going to do if she tells you that she is attracted to you also?

she's going to talk to you and tell you that she loves your and your the one for her. And she'll kiss you. Or prolly tell you she had the same dream as you.

Wow!  If she tells you she dreamed about -you-, by all means come back and tell us about it.  That would be a cool story!

I read somewhere that we all have dreams, we just don't remember them.  The idea is that you don't remember a dream unless you wake up during it.  I remember them only very seldom. And when I do, they are usually very sparse memories--I was in a room and there was a dog there.  My GF has long, interesting dreams, like full-length movies, and she tells me about them and she goes on and on.  Only very occasionally I have a dream like that, and then I remember them a long time.

As for what your dream meant, I would say you were just thinking about her, so you dreamed about her. Maybe she was thinking about you too!  Good luck!

It could be that your g*y experimentation could come between you and your friend.  I hope you "pulling back" means you've decided not to "go there" again.  Just think... if you and your friend become lovers, and then broke up... you would have lost your best friend.  OR, if she is not the one you kissed (in real life) it could still come between you.

As for sexual experimentation... you can acquire a taste for just about anything if you break down your natural inhibitions and boundaries.  The inhibitions and boundaries are there for a reason.  Life is insane enough without going into "THE TWILIGHT ZONE!"

If you have not been having (or remembering) dreams for awhile, and this one pops up feeling so real, you can count on the fact that its message is important.  You were right to notice and look for an answer!
