I had a dream he was giving me hickeys... why?

This guy has asked me to be his girlfriend, and whenever we are together, we constantly fool around with eachother. I had a dream that he was on top of me, giving me hickeys, and while he was on top of me, he was "thrusting". This stuff has happened before in real life, but why is it happening in my dreams? What does it mean?
