It's only a dream. A dream can come from anywhere...maybe you saw something similar in a movie, heard a similar story - or maybe your boyfriend and your sister were on your mind right before you went to bed.

It's an odd dream and I know it probably gave you a weird feeling - but it is just a dream. I wouldn't read anymore into it then that. If you wanted to research it a bit more you can go to the library and check out  dream dictionary. A lot of the time though things are generalized...but it's interesting.

Your sister must have been on your mind before you went to sleep.

Maybe you are afraid of losing him (not necessarily by death), because you've already lost her.

Dreams have a strange way of twisting our thoughts into things we find unbearable.
