I had this dream last night that I think was some sort of message that I was supposed to receive. I usually don't remember many of my dreams but I remember this one. It was a very vivid dream but I just can't get the information clear enough to make sense. I need to know how and if I can get back to that place to get the information clear enough to mean something. I have a feeling what it was about which I would rather not disclose I just need help to get it together. I hope I made enough sense for someone to give me meaningful help. Please help, this is something that I really need to do!

  1. Well you could try hypnosis but with this you have to actually believe in it because it will not work if you don not think that it will work.

Or you can just not go by your subconscious to make a decision. We think while we are awake for a reason.

What ever you would like to do. Best of luck.

  2. Meditation may help.  The message will come when you are ready.  That time is near as you have had this dream.  Your dream may change as you understand parts of what that message is.  Keep a journal and record each dream even if it only has a little change.  If there is a message  you will have the dream or a similar one.  Keep track of them.

  3. Here is what I read once and I do it as well. It takes some time, but it works.

Get a journal, diary notebook. EVERY morning as soon as you wake up write down anything and everything you can remember about your dream. If it is jumbled at first don't worry - you can straighten it out later, but you wanna get as much out as possible. The more time goes on in the day the more likely you are to forget even the littlest of things which could be important.

If something comes to you throughout the day - jot it down, even if its on a scrap paper stuffed into your pocket - write it down!!

Before you go to sleep at night, EVERY NIGHT, lay their and repeat to yourself a few times something like: "I am willing to accept the message you are trying to send me. I am here and ready to know what my subconscious wants me to know" As long as it is similar to this and you will believe it - say it!

It may take a few nights for your mind to program itself to the fact that you are doing this. After it seems like you are getting it go back to the dream you speak about above and read it over a few times before going to bed. This time as your laying their add to what you say that you are ready to go back and visit this dream and know exactly what it is meant to tell you.

It seems long and dragged out, but it works.

  4. (my opinion)

okay.. the way i do it is right before you go to sleep just relax a while and try to figure out details and remember the things about the dream that you can and then when you go to sleep try really hard to imagine what you can remember about the dream focus on the parts you are missing imagine what you can remember like a movie on the back of your eyelids until you fall asleep

sounds weird but i have been having recurring dreams for as long as i can remember and this is the best way i can figure out sometimes it doesnt work right away sometimes its the last dream you have and sometimes it just dont work but either way good luck with finding the right answer

  5. i wish i could help im going through the same thing but what you could do is go to a spa and clear your mind or you could have a day at home sleeping and taking long baths or remember where it took place and go their just close your eyes and imagine the place your dream took place in or if you know where it is go there maybe it was trying to make you go to that place and just stay there and think refresh your memory..sorry if i didnt help much ...Good Luck

  6. go somewhere where you are alone, just you, some place where you can relax, sit down take a deep breath and focus, think about the little detail you remember, hope it helps...

  7. Intention is important.  When you go to bed at night, set your intention to dream again.  And ask for guidance in understanding the dream.  Remember, whatever comes through to us will be nothing more than a story to help us understand the message.  The trick is to remove as much ego as possible and let the dream speak its own language, which is sometimes not in pictures or in words.  Sometimes in comes as a feeling, or an understanding. It also can help if you eat a vegan diet.  Learning the depths of ones spiritual tradition can also be of assistance when exploring the esoteric world of dreams.  Ultimately, I believe that we are all now being called to find our way back to another way of being that we have lost.

  8. I think you got some really good feedback here, and you sound very determined to discover what your sub-conscious mind is trying to tell you.  I believe our sub-conscious mind is so much more aware than we are consciously, and it is also that part of us that is much wiser because it's not all bogged down with the cares of the day.

If you clear your mind before going to bed, and you focus on the message, you will get your answer.  Good luck  I hope you got your answer and it works for you

  9. I have this same problem. Sometimes a dream will stop just as you're getting meaning out of it. What I generally do is go to bed an hour or so early and think about that dream..then when you're in that state of being awake, but fading into sleep...you can kind of control where your mind goes. That's when you can drive your mind into finding the conclusions you're looking for.
