So Im guessing your question is, you're wondering if there is any correlation between your dream and your boyfriend also thinking u are pregnant. Hard to really say but Im guessing you're subconciously worried that you may be pregnant because you had unprotected s*x with your boyfriend and that is the reason you actually had that dream....not so much because you are, but all it takes is once so there is definetly hte possibility...take a test to be sure!!
