I had a dream that my best friend died?

her name is tina.

and shes my best friend.

i had a dream that she died. i dont know how.. somebody just told me she did.

what does this mean?

i dont really take dream seriously but if you want it to mean something this is what i would see it:

dreaming that she died can mean lots of things, for example, she can be moving which you will not see her again, she is going on vacation which you will not see her for awhile...

please answer my dream question. thx!

It is always hard to interpret dreams, because they can "mean" any number of different things.  In fact, due to the often random nature of dreams, it may not "mean" anything at all.

My best hypothesis is that you dreamed about your best friend because she was on your mind (we usually dream about what our thoughts were focused on during the day time).

The fact that she died in your dream is simply a byproduct of the random nature of dreams.  It does not necessarily reflect any sort of subconscious aggression towards your friend, although it may indicate a slight fear of loss.

Dreams are not rational, so be careful not to take them too seriously.  Just be happy that in the here-and-now, your best friend is still around and you still appreciate her.

your dreams are basically based on your day usually. you may have talked to her on the phone and saw her. but then something else depressed you that day and in your dreams/fantasy world, they get combined and make things you like but then again dont like. and it seems real but its not

One time our supervisor at work told me she dreamed she died, and I didn't like her anyway, so I said "So what's the schedule for next week?"

If you dream somebody else died it doesn't mean anything.
