According to my book "100 dreams interpreted"Your dog stands for happy memories and his giving births stands for the beginning of a new idea or the appreciation of a new idea or project that may be coming into your life . I also represents the urge to care. As for the fact that he is male , i cant actually see that that has much significance according to this book :) which is slightly odd. : s According to the book you need to look at what order these idea came into your dream and see if they have any significance in your life  : )
