I had a dream.. this guy introduced himself his name is KILAPATRU anyone know what it means?

any indian, pakistani, sri lankan (or any hindi ones) know what's the meaning? cause i yahoo searched and google searched and no results!

what does KILAPATRU mean? or is it really just a meaningless name?

Kilapatru? Probably means Khilapatruinism. A movement in New Zealand and surrounding areas about the fishing crisis (less fish in the area). The guy is telling you, that you are going to have to kill off New Zealands current president and direct the country to stop fishing.
