well probably your friend was either rude or didnt comply with yahoo rules and was reported. they will usually just bann (box  as in penalty box) him first   then if he or she persists they will totally remove you from all yahoo pool  perhaps games.  tell your friend to change his yahoo id and try again   this time be polite!
