A guy threatened me with physical violence at work and I'd like to fight him but obviously can't at work because we would both be fired. How would a person go about setting up either a boxing match or an "ultimate" fight where I could use martial arts? Is there a way to do this ?

  1. ye find out where he lives, knock on his door then offer to fight him right there, and if he dont accept he is a p***y, and you should kick his *** on his own door step, i hate cheeky bstards like that

  2. FROGMAN FIRST OFF U SOUND LIKE U NEVER FOUGHT B4..  IF I WAS U, I WOULD OF PUSH HIM BACK NOT PUNCH HIM.. CALL HIM A BBBIITTC... A PPUUSSYY TRY TO INTIMINATE HIM MAKE HIM FEEL LIKE U CAN WHOOP HIS AASS, THIS IS IMPORTANT BCUZ U DONT WANT TO LOOK LIKE BITCCHH IN FRONT OF UR CO-WORKERS.. THEN IF STARTS REALLY GETTING ANGRY TELL HIM MEET SOMEWHERE OUT IN THE ALLEY OF UR JOB SOMEWHERE LOW KEY.. FIGHT HIM IF U LOOSE DOESN'T MATTER AT LEAST U GOT HIM WITHA COUPLE OF PUNCHES AND U DIDN'T LOOK LIKE PUUSSYY.

  3. Hahha - just offer him a fight if ou want it or leave it cause it may have been a one off.

but if your gonna ask him - ssak him after work for a fight and arragene it somewhere for a ONE ON ONE

  4. the guy cussed you and threaten to kick your a-- at work. you didn't exactly say how you reacted right there and then. so now you are asking how you would set up a fight.

what if he just cussed you and threaten to kick you a--?

have you tried answering and talking back in the same fashion?

maybe he's just a natural and seasoned cusser. or just picking on you.

either way, to keep these emotions on yourself and bringing it home and to the point of thinking of setting up a fight is very stressing on your part.

what if he cussed you and threaten you and that's it for him? after work, he forgot about it, while you are stressed keeping and thinking about it? and taking it to heart?

next time he does that- could you try cussing back and then you're even.

he didn't physically harm you, did he?

don't get mad, get even. by cussing him and threatening him, too.

  5. 1 - Go to your boss, union rep, HR rep, or whoever else deals with harassment at work. Tell them he threatened you. If they refuse to do anything, sue them.

#2 - Go to the police. Tell them he threatened you. He goes to jail.

    #3 - You win!

  6. Go to some exec, supervisor, whatever, and tell them you've been threatened, and that if they won't solve the problem, you will.

  7. First thing is this guy does not want to fight you because if he did you would be telling us the out come the best thing for you to do is stay away from this guy and let it be know en that you don,t want any trouble . There are a lot more emotions in a fight than there are in a boxing match in a fight there are no rules so if he bothers you again do what ever you have to do  to stop him  I,m guessing your a grown man right then act like one.I don,t promote violence but I was in a gun fight last week with one problem I did not have a gun now do you think that the guys who had the guns on me were worried about me not having a gun no remember there are no rules in a fight P.S they took money

  8. forgboy dont as if you dont how to start a fight and you are old enuff to work you will get your *** kicked....

that bruce lee c**p wont work forget it....

  9. Yea!

Talk him and tell him to meet u some where.

and i would suggest using gloves soo u dont break ur hands

and also u both should sign a form saying wont press charges and have wittnesses!

    Good luck kick his __

    haha Chin down, hands up

  10. Non-santioned combat is illegal, no matter what agreements, verbal or written, have been reached between the combatants. You can both sign whatever waivers you like, if one of you sends the other to the hospital there will be criminal charges.

  11. fight clubs?

  12. Hey ..

You should report him. If u dont feel like that and u want more justice , just go to work and ignore him , if he is violent towards you physically or verbaly then you can get him fired.

Or u could get somebody else to do the dirty work for you ... ya know .. pay abit out .. the man who is violent to you goes to hospital and nothing happens to you.then you enjoy going back to work without *** holes like him around

  13. go to his house talk to em there! remember mma = zero skills and if you really are man enough to fight: be the first to the punch!

  14. just tell him to bring his lunch, because its going to take him a long time to kick your a*s

  15. Meet him in an alley after work. Be sure to take your posse and the soundtrack to "West Side Story."

If you had a l**k of sense, Sea Bass, you would simply go to your HR representative and file a complaint about this guy threatening you. That would put it to rest. This is preferable to the Neanderthal option you propose.

  16. Get his address or find out where he hangs out at, go over there and beat him down.  If you think he'll have some friend with him take some of your friends who you know aren't ******* and could fight.

If he gets in your face again then beat the s**t out of him and say you felt threatened and he threatened you before.  You may even want to stretch the truth and say he told you he was going to stab you or something when questioned about it.

    Don't take s**t from anyone
