  1. The same thing happened to me! It's been 12 days since the surgery (all 4) and one side of my jaw has been hurting like h**l ever since. I've been through a bottle of Vicoden and two full bottles of Motrin. I think the bottom front teeth may be experiencing a change because of the removal of the "bracing" wisdom teeth on either side. They might be .. relaxing? a bit? Although mine felt just the opposite, like they were getting squished together. I figured it was because of the swelling of the jaw area on either side. Also, there's a massive nerve that runs from the wisdom teeth area down along under the front teeth, this is what they may have warned you about pre-surgery (damaging the nerve, loss of lip sensation, etc.).  It could be that nerve having been jostled and no longer supported by the position the teeth were in.

  2. i know that before i had my wisdom teeth removed i was having pain in my front teeth and at first i thought they were the cause of my pain.well after having my wisdom teeth removed my front teeth were still hurting and even felt a little loose.my dentist said it was from the wisdom teeth pushing my other teeth together for so long and now they had that pressure off of them and it could be slightly painful but it shouldnt last long.it could also be that you are really having issues with your other teeth.i would wait a while and see if it gets better.if not call your dentist!!good luck

  3. my mouth wasnt the same for almost a year after getting mine cut out.I had all kinds of pains. and now the scar tissue feels really weird..

  4. Your front teeth are relaxing and transfering pressure to other areas
