I had a minor car accident... this is my first accident?

I hit someones front car door, and it dented her door, my car got a scratch. I called up my insurance company and told them about it and I said I didn't want to claim anything for my car. The other person contacted me and gave me a quote on how much it is to fix her car's damage. What do I do next? Do I pay for her car damage since it was my fault? Do I call up my insurance company again? Do I wait for her insurance to call me up?

You have insurance for just such an accident.  Turn both her damage and your damage into your insurance company and let them take care of everything.  That is what you have insurance for.  Use it and don't worry about rates going up.  They may not go up anyway,  people who have insurance and then refuse to use it may as well have no insurance at all.
