I had a mom and dad society finch. The mom escaped leaving 4 babies. The dad refuses to feed the babies.?

3 babies died... one after the other. I'm positive it's from starvation because the birds cried and cried for food and the dad will not feed them. They get weaker and stop chirping until they look so weak and die. I have 1 more left. I can't watch him die too, what can I do?

take it too the vet imediately! the vet will feed it before it dies.

you can bring him to a bird vet in your area, they should help or bring it to an audobon, they'll take it for sure.   You could try and take it in yourself.  give it a box with towels to keep it warm. You can force feed them with a syringe.

this same thing pretty much happened to me and my mom....they wont feed them if you have touched them.....so if you have that could be the problem....if not.well what we did was u fed the bird ourself...we took it out and fed it milk and soggy cheerios and water through a little water droper type thing
