  1. same here when i call my home from the company phone it shows up as 505-000-3648


  2. All you need is access to a PBX. That's a private branch exchange.  Many companies use these and there are even some available for private use like Asterix PBX.

  3. When I use Skype to call people thats the number that shows. Skype is an internet phone company that gives you a number to call anywhere in US and Canada for like $60 a year. Skype is also used for international calls. Calls from skype user to skype user is free from anywhere in the world.

  4. It came from a computer...I don't know how to do it myself, and normally they (the person/persons) use text message. Try looking it up on the yellow pages search engine, but it sounds like you did that anyway.
