ive download the driver from the samsung download support and installed it to my pc. after i installed the driver, it happens that when i open the camcorder on some programs that support video devices (ulead, nero, movie maker...) my pc restarting. By the way ive tried this a few a months ago when the cd driver was lost and i did the same procedure and it works. But now when i intended to do the same thing somethings got wrong. just like ive said the problem. Im just thinking that maybe the USB cord that im using is not compatible with the camcorder. i cant distinguish if this is the correct USB from this camcorder. But i dont think that reason. I just want to know what seems to be the problem. Thanks in advance! I just want to put my videos to my pc so that i can arrange it correctly.
