... but at a later age when she is 50-60 years old ! Prince Harry will be "out of the way" by: abdication/loss of right/accident; and William will have no living descendant (!) . By then her father , the Duke of York, will have already passed away ....

Somehow I don't think it's going to happen. She's about 11th to the throne. If something happened to Chaz and Willy, I wouldn't be surprised if Harry abdicated. I've thought that for a number of years.

That's no vision, thats a bloody nightmare. Mark my words, because of Camilla (me the great embarassment), Charles will never be King, and William will take the reigns (sorry), Harry is too like his uncle the Duke of Windsor and wouldn't want to f**t about opening this and kissing babies and behaving himself. Good for him, that leaves the Duke of York who is quite happy playing golf, still having a wonderful ex marriage, loves his kids, horses about with debs now and then unlikely to have any more kids = so your theory or nightmare is not so unfeasible!! What a thought, imagine Fergie being the Queen Mother what a laugh though.!!!! Interesting question xxxx

Who would credit the elder daughter of the Duke of York going on to be Queen? Well, who would have credited it? Liz 2 stared off live that way. I suppose it only requires two princes not to leave any heirs or heiresses. And both of them in the Army!

It could happen.  Dukes of York have a tendency in British history of winding up as the sovereign after unusual circumstances.  Really, for Bea to become queen all that would really need to happen is a tragic accident befall William and Harry.  Perhaps if they were skiiing and there was an avalanche, or they were in the same plane and it crashed.  When the Queen dies, the current Prince of Wales succeeds.  Since his two sons would be dead, once he dies it would pass to the Duke of York.  He would be old by that point, real old.  He'd reign only a few years, or maybe not at all because perhaps old age would take him first (illness? dementia?).

Either way, if the two Wales princes were to tragically die, ultimately in a matter of due course the crown would pass to Princess Beatrice.  (unless her father remarries again and has a son, not sure how likely that is now, but that would ump her back).

Believe me, stranger things have happened in the British monarchy.  I wouldn't be suprised if Clarence House (Prince Charles household administration) has guideleines which prevent the two princes from traveling together in planes in order to avoid such a scenario.

It's possible. The princes are both in the army, charles and andrew have to die one day, and that would leave beatrice next in line. There could also be an accident where charles, harry and william are all killed (as they are often at the same place at the same time). I don't get why people are disregarding it so easily, it could easily happen.

Beatrice is close enough to the throne to succeed but the minute William and Harry start producing, she, like her father, will slide down the pecking order.

Prince Andrew was second in line to the throne when he was born. Now he is 4th. Princess Anne was 2nd in line when her mother became the Queen. Now she is 10th in line.

huh? it sounds like you've been into you father's stash. we are what we eat or smoke and in your case, i'd lay off it for a while! the crown is so protected with 'possibles' that if and only if the crown decides to 'call it off' is the only way it is called off. that, and if the govt and people want it as well. if one part of the royal family has no children then the role passes onto another until it gets someone for the job. same years ago and same today!
