I had a t shirt with a supeman emblem on the front, but instead of an "S" it had a super styled "DAD" on it.

Design your own and take it to a screen printer.  Any small town will have one, Vancouver must have a couple dozen.

While you are at it, make some for your kids.

If you are or can get to Metrotown Mall there is a place near the Everything for a Dollar Store just as you come in from the bus loop entrance. Perhaps you can find it there.
