my gums. Its a hard lump and i dont know what it is? It does not hurt. At first i thought it was a cancer sore. It is pretty big but it does not hurt. What do you think it could be?

i wear partials too and it think it may be a callus from you partial rubbing against your gums. you would have to get the partial adjusted so it doesn't rub anymore.
