  1. Nothing too hot, mushy foods - yogurt, applesauce, scrambled eggs, soup.  Fortunately the condition will improve quickly.


  2. sorry to hear that, just have like tea but  make sure you let it kool have it warm, or soup and bread...is soft so it helps

Well first I'd go back to the dentist or at least CALL!  but stay away from eating/drinking acids (oranges, lemonade, etc.)  Mashed potatoes are good, jello, very soft foods with low sodium content.  That means avoid salt.  Also after eating, Thoroughly rinse mouth out with water to try to get remnants of food out of the open wound.
