I had a very disturbing dream. What does it mean

I dreamed I was on a cliff face with these people. The landscape was unusual and there were swimming pools on cliff faces. I asked "where are we" One person replied "we are in Heaven". Then these bad people were there and one tried to attack me. I said I did not know there were bad people in Heaven. I called to God and suddenly he came and said he is only there if you call him and he can't be with me all the time if I don't ask him to be. All the bad people went to another place. Then I was back in time and in the second world war with these soldiers. They got me to hide in a shipping box on board and I had to look after a child. They said is he yours. I said no. I am his aunt. Guns were firing at us but I felt safe with all these men. Then the child turned into a cup of tea and someone said. "looking after a child who is not yours all the time is not really your cup of tea is it?".

I can't really remember much else only I was not happy where I was and wanted desperately to visit my family and loved ones but was not allowed to. I was left wondering if they were ok and what happened to them. Can someone please tell me what it all means?

That's very weird, I mean strange indeed. I have never had a dream were people told me I was in heaven! You sure it was a dream?

The first part of your dream is very important ; talking to God is a very unusual situation in a dream ; but what is very important its what He told you ;; That He will be there when you call him  ; so I guess you are going through a tough time ; so go ahead ask Him to help you and it will be done

I am thinking your from a god bothering back ground and what you where told as a kid dosn't gell with what real life is you are in controll of your destiy not this dog bloke, for example you are all ways asking for help and what do you get ?.

your away from home and miss your family give them a call .

thirdly you have a shelfish person in your life who is allways getting you to baby sit for them while they go out and party just say no is your call. take care all is well your the boss

sounds like the first part is some kind of deception. are you suspicious of some long held belief that used to make you happy to believe in? (that would be heaven, but maybe your belief wasn't about heaven. maybe you don't trust someone you used to trust?)

the second part, idk. you felt safe. 2nd world war--did someone close to you, or someone you admire or respect (or heck, just someone you read about the day you had the dream) fight in world war 2 or another war?

the cup of tea bit--very alice in wonderland :) someone probably said "cup of tea" to you that day and it struck you as unusual.

dreams are vague, but Tori is right, your experiences during the day come back to you in your dreams. Whenever I watch Oprah, she ends up in my dream that night. fortunately i don't watch her that much :)

hmmm i think its just a mixture of stuff that was in your subcontious mind. maybe you watched a weird movie or read something strange before bed? other wise maybe you'll have a challenge coming up in ur life, or maybe you'll be called to look after someone as a guardian
