Hi, I had a bad stomach virus for a whole week. I had dirrerhea (spelling) and really could not eat much at all. Now i'm just constipated and only have a regular bowl movement here and there. I have been eating normally and everything and all of this has been checked out by a doctor. my only problem now, besides constipation, is that I lost some weight. I just look a little skinny and lost some body fat. what can i do to "bulk up" i was thinking by doing sit ups and some push ups to try to bulk up alittle would fix it. but what should i do? nothing drastic please, im not deathly skinny or in trouble, i just lost a few pounds, how can i correct this in a normal healthy way? are push ups and sit ups gonna help!? suggestions welcome
