I had a weird dream about eating fried fish out of a bucket of water what could this mean?

In my dream I was eating fried fish that my friend was cookin in a clear bucket with water in it. It also had fine bones in it and as I was eating the fish my friend said it wasnt cooked all the way because the brown part hadnt fallen off and that the brown part had a head on it and it was going to go down my throat. Then she pulled a tube out of one of the fish mouth and showed me the brown liquid floating in the tube. What does this mean this dream really disturbed me and was weird. Then the next day at work I had a Panic attack and almost felt like I would faint and I have never had a Panic attack but I have had several anxiety attacks before in the past. Any Ideas???
