I had all my car vandalized, front, back and driver windows were broken.?

With my car insurance what is covered? Is it covered under comprehensive Insurance? I know that there is a $500 deductable. Insurance agent is giving me a run around. Could you please advise how to deal with agent.

If you have comprehensive and have made a police report, it is covered.  Agent can't give you a run-around, he takes your claim report and sends it to the claims department.  Perhaps the claims department hasn't settled because they are investigating it.  Call your toll-free claims number and ask the status of your claim.

yes it is covered but u have to follow up with them every couple of days. really that is the only thing makes them take a quick action.
