I am an exemp Salary employee.I have been with the company less than a year.I got married in may and used almost all of my PTO then.Last month I got hurt playing softball on the company team.It was thought I fractured a hip and was admitted to the hospital for a day.The conclussion was I tore a hole in my quadracept,blood clot in the leg and torn knee tendons.I ended up bed ridden for 9 days out of work.When I returned to work of course I didnt get paid but they also wrote me up for missing work.All was dr excussed.Is all of this legal?It really left a bad taste in my mouth about the company.
