I had an accident and i had only a permit :(

i got my permit long time ago and i drive very good so i stole my mom's car and had an accident and the law is that i cant drive without an adult if i have only a permit so now that i had this accident i wont b able to get my licence? and for how long? by the way it wasnt my fault!

i got in an accident and i have my permit.  nothing happens accept that the insurance rises.  the fact that you stole the car is what you will get in trouble for.  and yes you won't be eligable for a lisence until your 18. soryy dude

What do you mean it was not your fault you stole your moms car you are at the rong place at the rong time and if you are a such a great driver then why did you get into the accdent when you only had a permet as a pro driver like my self with a Class A and with all the indorsments we learn how to look for trouble before it happend you have to to go to the D.M.V. or the B.M.V depending where you lived and ask them your self i am sorry to say but if it was up to me you would not get your licence back for a long time....

well the first thing you should do is tell your parents. once you do that, the worst is over. then, get information/help from the dmv and have them officially answer your questions. most likely you have to wait until you're 18, and also your insurance will go up A WHOLE LOT. as a result, you probably wont be driving for a while, but hey, at least no one got hurt in the accident. (just imagine how much worse that would have been)

you will not get your lcsense until you are at least 18. so if you are 16, then it will be two years or so.

for the rest, is your insurnce company going to cover the car?  your mommy will have to report it stolen in order for the car damages to be covered.

the good part is that you will now have time to work on your grammar.
