  1. If they told you they were sending a check and the insurance adjuster already looked at the car, expect it in about 14 business days, but it is usually less than that.

If you just filed a claim, they will need to investigate to find out who is at fault for the accident.  If the other person is found to be at fault, they might not even mail you a check.  They might tell you to go to a body shop on their list and pay the shop directly.  That's how it is usually done.

I've had three accidents that weren't my fault, only one sent me a check directly.  The insurance company in that case was Geico, and it was only because they didn't have any prechosen body shops close to me.

  2. You have to give more details before anyone can intelligently answer your question.

  3. Who said it wasn't your fault? Did the insurance company investigate it?

If Allstate said they were sending a check then you should have it within 14-21 days

  4. Call the adjuster handling your claim.

Since we are not the ones sending you a check -- we can't tell you.

  5. The first thing Monday morning....

  6. After you, or your insurance company makes a claim for the amount of your damages, and Allstate finishes their investigation and determines their client is at fault, they will send you a check.
