I had another dream in which there were flowers in a vase and?

when I lifted the vase up, there were beetles scurrying underneath.

What does that mean? What do bugs/beetles represent?

Your dream could be based on a random recollection of seeing bugs scurry out from under a pot or vase at any time in your past or it could have more significant meaning.

I think your dreams reflect your own personal concerns.  You perhaps are worried about something and you will have such dreams until you resolve the problem.  I went through a period where I would buy a new car and park it at the college, then forget where I had parked the car.  I would then search for the car until I woke up.  I was disturbed by the dream, but it was resolved shortly.
