  1. do you have any sort of contract with this company?

  2. If they will not refund your money on demand, contact your local prosecuting attorney (this is theft), and the investigative reporter from a local tv station. (7 on your side, 4 the community, whatever your city calls it)  There's nothing like being on the 6 pm news to get a little action and this is just the kind of thing they are great at!

  3. Immediately contact your state's Attorney General's office and file a written complaint.  They will likely step in to mediate the problem.  Failing that, call an attorney.

  4. what is their story?  Back order?  Did you buy furniture from a reputable store?

Visit this store in person.  Speak to management.  If you paid them $2,000.00.  how much more do you owe?

If you can't get this resolved...this is what you do.  Report them to the better business bureau.  Next contact the attorney general for your STATe.  File a complaint with them as well.

Seek out an Attorney and sue them for your $$$...Breach of contract....

make sure you have all your receipts etc.

Trust me...they'll be asking to give your $$$ back if you paper trail them to death!

  5. You need to call the State Attorney General Office, Consumer Affairs.  What does the small print on your contract say.  This has got to be driving you CRAZZZZZY. I hope it gets resolved real quickly
