Was this a PPV you put on? What fight was it and what was the PPV price? Find out how many covers you took during the fight and offer HBO say 50% of the number of covers times the ppv price, say 100 covers (if you were full x50% x $50 = £25,000 in full and final settlement. They'll probably take it. Not everyone who went to the restaurant would have bought the fight ppv, and people who went as couple would have  watched together anyway, hence the justification for offering only 50%. Don't wate your money on a lawyer as this is the best you could hope for anyway.
