I had completed my Bsc Geology in 1995 now in 2008 can i do my Msc Geology and get the job in Geology sector?

In 1995 after complication of my Bsc i immediately had to join my family business due to some reason now i am getting bored about my work and just want to do some thing challenging in my geology field so friends " is it possible for me to start something new at age of 36 and what do you suggest should i continue my old business work or study for 2 years and join the job in some multinational company"

I did same thing. What REALLY counts is experience. You have to start at bottom if you didn't get any experience to go with degrees. But you can certainly start - try your state geological survey, water management districts, and county environmental depts. These are the easiest to get started with. Pay not great but excellent benefits. It would be harder to get on with a consultant as they want younger people for entry level.

But please do start! I had a great job in non-geo and hated every minute. I was a born geo so doing this at any age makes me happy. Rock on girl!
