It is a scam just delete it and forget it.

I got one something like that,  and they want you to buy or subscribe to something 10 minutes later I still wasn't done and I still had about that long to go b4 i could find anything out they want you to put in your email address and I did now I get a bunch of junk mail  not worth my time and I'm sure it's a scam in the end.  I wouldn't bother!!!
