The nurses told me it's not good if my foot is tingling and I need to call my doctor if it happens, but it is too late at night for that.

Why is it bad if the foot is tingling? Is there anything I can do to make it stop? I tried cycling motions to wake it up, but it still tingles.

  1. Tingling in your foot could indicate poor blood circulation in your leg. Try rubbing the back of your leg just above your foot to increase circulation. Don't cross your legs it reduces blood circulation in your legs.Be sure to see your doctor first thing tomorrow morning. Good Luck and get well soon.

  2. It's probably tingling because of lack of blood flow. Try massaging in the direction of your foot, to sort of..."push" the blood in that direction.

But I would still call your doctor in the morning.
