  1. are you opening your eye wide enough? or is there are rip or something in the contact?

  2. Use ur left index finger to hold the top lid open by the lashes and use ur left middle finger to hold open the bottom lid.  Place the appropriate contact on the tip of ur right index finger, and look directly ahead (don't roll ur eye around or you'll end up with the contact behind ur eye, and that hurts)  then carefully place the contact directly over the iris and it should stay on there.  Make sure ur fingers aren't to dry or the contact will stick to ur finger and u'll have to do that all over again.  Make sure ur fingers are clean before u even touch ur contact or ur eye.

    Hope this helps a little!!

  3. Have you just started using contacts? Everyone finds them a bit awkward at first, but it doesn't take long to get used to them. I balance the contact lens on the index finger of my right hand and then hold open my eye with the middle finger of my right hand and the index finger of my left hand. You're then in the perfect position and can just sort of push the lens onto your cornea.
