I had install avast antivirus and now want to uninstal but cannot find uninstal?

Go control panel, programmes and features if you have vista and if your on xp then go to add/remove programs.

Once on the page find the program/application and right click or click it and uninstall. Wolla

Also go to start then find the program and in the folder you should see the uninstall icon.

If you haven't already tried this, it may help.

Start> Control Panel> Add or Remove Programs

After the list loads, scroll down and see if you can find the antivirus program you want...Click on it, and you should get a mini drop down menu, where you can remove the program.

If you've already tried this, have you gone to Start> All Programs and looked there? Many times the uninstall icon will be in the menu for your program as well.

Go to :

Control Panel -> Add or Remove Programs,

here you should be able to find the Avast Antivirus under the 'Currently Installed Programs' list.

Click on it and you will see a button for Un-Install this...Press it.
