  1. yep i was getting iregular pains before my waters broke then they went to ten minutes apart

  2. Yes. They sound like Braxton Hicks contractions which may occur up until several weeks from now when active labor may begin. Hang in there. Remember it's time to go to the hospital when contractions are 3-5 minutes apart and lasting 45 to 60 seconds each.

    Birth blessings to you.

  3. Probably Braxton Hicks contractions. These are common in the weeks leading up to birth, many people mistake them for real labor. When you are really in labor the contractions will be regular and become increasingly more intense (you'll know when it's the real thing!). I once had heavy contractions @ 34 weeks and found out it was because I was dehydrated. They can also be caused by stress. So relax, drink some extra fluids and wait to see if any regular patterns develop. Best Wishes!

  4. yes they can

  5. The answer is yes...at 37 weeks labour pains (Or Braxton Hicks contractions), often stop and start. The best indicator of true labour is when your water breaks or you have contractions that last at least 30 seconds,  coming about 5 minutes apart, and it continues for at least an hour.   Best of luck to you.
