I don't know if they have to do with each other so I have not asked my dr yet but it is really odd. Any ideas on what this might be?

  1. I had something like this as far as the tingling aspect after my last laparoscopy (in Jun 2006) and it meant that my nerves were healing from the surgery.

This could be a similar situation but this is just an example only.  It is also possible that this could be an effect on your body from being laid in the position that is used during laparoscopy (part of which involves the table being tilted up-the patient is strapped to the table-so that the other organs like the stomach and such are moved up toward the chest cavity) to make it easier for them to do the surgery after the Carbon Dioxide is pumped in to the abdomen (which causes the organs to do what I mentioned a minute ago), but this too is just an example only.

Another thing I want to mention that can sometimes occur after laparoscopy is shoulder pain.  This can occur because not all the carbon dioxide was deflated from the body when the surgery is done.  Sometimes when this pain occurs it feels like you might have strained a bursa or something like that but yet it's not.
