ok..so i was craving something sweet and there was nothing healthy in the house at the time so i thought id have sugar...i ended up having more than i thought...so...im wondering if this is bad for me...i have never done this before...and im pretty sure it wont do much harm..but i was wondering how to stop the cravings for sweets...stupid sweet tooth..lol
