I had my 12 week scan yesterday and everything was fine, but now my stomach hurts?

Question

The lady that did my scan did press quite hard. Is this why my tummy hurts? Has it happened to anyone else?

They've always been gentle during my scans but I must say that my belly in the early period of pregnancy 11 to 16 or even 17 weeks was pretty tender. It started to get better. I would try and relax - even take a bath and see if it helps. It shouldn't last really long.

I can remember wearing too-tight pre-pregnancy jeans at 14 weeks and paying the price in terms of a sore tummy for hours! lol.
