I had my braces taken off on april 4 08, and there straigth but not that straigth.?

should i be worried, i wear positioners at nigth, there straigth but not perfectly straigth. i had the braces for like 2 yrs.

Do you remember what your teeth looked like when you first had the braces taken off? Were they perfectly straight then? If so then your retainers should keep them perfectly straight as you should have had the impressions for the retainers taken the day you had your braces taken off, so as to get a good mould of your teeths new positions.



Sometimes people have braces and their teeth end up straight, but not perfectly straight, just straighter than they were. Maybe that is what happened to you.

If your teeth were straighter when you first had your braces taken off and they seem to be moving again then maybe you should see your ortho again as the retainers should be keeping them in position and mustn't be doing their job, maybe they got bent or something.
