  1. Why should it? You don't even need an attorney unless you have either a complicated case, or you are trying  to pull a trick. The attorneys are only there to get money from you. The more difficult they can make it seem, the more money they can get.

    A person does not have to be a brain surgeon to follow the procedure. It is all written down, and I found it simple and I was right.

  3. Yes. Now you have to stay in your home country and try to make it better instead of coming here and expecting us to adopt your ways.
