I had my lower wisdom teeth extracted 10 days ago. I was cleanin and started to Bleed. Did I break my clot?

Possibly - most scabs are ready to come off after 10 days or so. No worries unless excessive bleeding. Just clean more gently next time - warm water with some salt to gargle should help

No, it's fine. After ten days, the clot should be there without much risk of breaking it, unless you do something really vigorous. Maybe some of your stitches are continuing to fall out and it may cause a little bleeding. Unless it keeps bleeding for a long time and a lot, you're fine.
