find a way to push through the tough, thin layer of cartilage or just pull it out and have it redone properly? It isn't swollen or aching, outside of being a little tender from having a sharp piece of metal in it for two days.

mine did the same thing, but when mines closed i was still at the tatoo shop and the guy re-peirced then. I would have him/her re-pierce it for you cause you never know if you could get an infection, and your face is the last place you'd want that..
