I had my tubes tied 2 years now and this month my period was only for two days could i be pregnant?

probably not, but you should take a test asap.  pregnancy following tubal is usually ectopic (in the tubes).  Very important to treat early

Yes it happens but rare do an in house pregnancy test if you are pregnant  then run to a lawyer and a doctor, lawyer will guide you to a doctor, doctors know about this and they do carry an insurance to cover the cost of such pregnancy, as a rule, since such pregnancy can be very costly and difficult.

It is no ones fault but doctor must have this occurrence covered in most places, they are taking this responsibility when they agree to do the procedure on any one for the payment of a their fees.
