I love going for a couple mile run in the early morning and its killing me not to go. But the oral surgeon advised me against doing much physical activity. When should I be able to start back up again? I have another follow up appointment on Tuesday, should I should just wait until then to ask him about it?

  1. I just had mine out last Saturday and I was able to start doing my normal exercises today, so I'd wait a good 5-6 days.

  2. id wait because weird stuff can happen and cause a dry socket which hurts like h**l ( trust me i got one) but u could always email them and find out sooner

  3. Whenever! its just your teeth! not your legs right? lol

  4. i would wait for at least 4 days. Thats how long i was out. The pain medication made me dizzy and i slept a lot. I would wait so you don't hurt yurself. I couldn't even go to to work for 4 days

  5. Like a day or so

  6. A day after you stop oozing blood. That way, you'll know it will not bleed. Then you can proceed with your running.
