I had paid for 1 month, then I change email address, can't read my email & chat but they collect payment.

Question

It was cheaper last May when I joined, to change my email address, I lost my contacts. Now I can't chat, read emails unless I will pay membership fee which is far more expensive. But for 2 months now meetic had direct debit same amount when I joined in. How to stop this payment or how to use the money they collected from me? I don't feel good with this.

to stop payment go to your bank -- to get email straightin out give them a call!!
