I had rat in my wall in my apartment it came out and we caught it what can i do to my landlord.

You can do neither. Did you report the rodent to the landlord ?  Did the landlord refuse to do anything about it ?  Is the rat the fault of the landlord if he didn't know about it ?

You CAN tell the landlord that you caught a rat, so that he is aware of a potential problem.  Other than that, shut your silly mouth and go about your business.

no all you can do is make the landlord take care of the problem if that don't work turn him to the landlord and tenet asc they will make him take care of the problem !

Rodents happen! What are you sue happy? My God, the landlord can't help it if a rat got in. Are you infested with them and he didn't do anything? Then maybe ..but no..pay your rent like everyone else and stop looking for a free ride

Some people say the exact same thing about spiders.  Others hate crickets.  Rats are ugly and spread filth.  We spend most of our lives within a few feet of rats.  THey are everywhere.  We just seldom see them.  So we are happy.  Don't sue. Don't stop paying.  /
