I had s*x 5 wks ago (5days after my period ended. I got my next period as normal - does that mean im not preg?

Question

So i had s*x 5 days after my period 5 weeks ago. Then 3 weeks later had my next period as normal. Does this mean im not pregnant as everything is flushed away or do i have to wait and see if i miss my next period?

Sorry im just a bit confusd - if i have a period then have s*x do i miss my very next period or the one after?

In general you don't miss any period just because you had s*x.  Sometimes you can still bleed even after becoming pregnant, although it's not the same.  If you're really concerned, buy a test kit.  And it is possible to get pregnant while on your period too.  Getting your period, although is most likely an indicator that your not pregnant, doesn't guarantee that your not - it's not a 100% type of thing - just most likely.

If you have s*x and then get your period as scheduled you will not be pregnant.  However, if you have s*x and you have a "period" that is not like your normal one--ie: light flow, spotting then you may be pregnant.  That would be implantion bleeding.

If you have s*x right before your period and do not become pregnant you will NOT miss your period--assuming you are regular to begin with.

Be safe, use a condom.  If you're worried take a pregnancy test.

if you got your period then you're not preg..are you trying to get preg or are you just hoping you're not preg so you're asking everyone...if you're not trying to get preg i suggest you use a rubber (condom) during s*x...if you have s*x then get your next period you're not preg...there's the answer...good luck!
