I had s*x @ the end of april & my period came may7 and june7 then not in july? could i have concieved n april?

The dr did an ultrasound and measured the baby and said i was 7 weeks along. could the doc be wrong about how far along i am. and if so how much off?

Not likely. Most people will not have their period when pregnant, although a few do. If your period in May and June were normal then it is safe to assume your doctor's assessment is correct.

i don't think so but go and get a test. being pregnant for 3 month it would show up on your body, too
